Making your Payment

We accept any method of the following:-
~credit and debit card,
~cheque payable to Deens Garage (using this option you will need to allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear if not backed by a gurantee card before items are despactched),
~direct bank transfer/bacs (please ask for details)
~postal orders
~Christmas/savings club (we can arrange for goods to be paid by installments over an agreed period however goods cannot be despatched until payment is received in full).

Shipping and Handling

BIKES - All bikes will be fully assembled and serviced ready to go, all you have to do is straighten the handlebars and put on the pedals, stabilizers will need to be refitted where necessary. The delivery charge will be £15 per bike and should be received within 3-5 working days.

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES delivery charge is £5 below £100 and free above, any orders placed along with the purchase of a bike will be free. Again delivery should be 3-5 working days.

Deens Garage cannot guarantee delviery times as it all depends on our carriers.
Please contact us if you require your goods by a certain date ie a birthday and we will do our best to accomodate.
All items need to be signed for.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

Your security is very important to us and have done our best to ensure none of your personal details are at risk while visiting our site.

If paying by credit card and select the secure server option you will be transferred to the secure server which uses a 128 bit encryption provided by Secure Hosting.

If using the standard order form your card details will not be requested, you will be contacted via phone for your payment details, this will ensure your details are not stored.

WE WILL ONLY DELIVER GOODS TO THE CARDHOLDERS ADDRESS.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%

Back Orders

We hold a massive stock of all our top selling goods, however in the unlikely event of an item being temporarily out of stock it will be back ordered for 28 days. If you wish to cancel please send your request via post or email.

If you wish to complain please contact Chris Penfold via email, phone, post or fax giving a full description of your complaint we will do our best to resolve any problems.

Returns

If you change your mind you can return goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
~Goods must be unused and unoponed in original packaging
~Deens Garage will not be liable for any delivery costs, all costs will be the customers responsibility.
~Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected and a refund given less a 10% restocking fee.
~Please contact us before returning any goods.

Warranty

If goods are faulty and is within the manufacturers warranty period you can return the faulty part to us in one of two ways.
~we can send you a replacement part charged to your credit card and upon receipt and inspection of the part a full refund will be given.
~You can return the faulty part to us and we will then return the repaired or new item as quickly as possible.

All warranties excluded wear and tear items for example tyres, tubes, brake and gear cable, brake blocks and chains.

Misuse, neglect, adjustment and modifactions may invalidate warrantly claims.

Deens Garage liability only covers parts, it does not cover labour charges, transportation costs or consequential loss. It is the customers responsibility to return the cycle/part to us for inspection.
